Born from lived experience
Founded by Nepali diaspora members who navigated unequal opportunity firsthand
We exist to make sure the next generation does not have to navigate it alone.
Summit To Success, Inc. is a community-driven nonprofit organization founded by members of the Nepali diaspora with firsthand experience navigating unequal access to education
and opportunity.
Through study, work, and lived experience across Nepal, Singapore, Australia, and the
United States, Summit’s leadership has seen how access to education can transform lives
and how easily capable students are excluded due to cost, timing, or circumstance.
Summit To Success exists to ensure that students with potential are not shut out of
opportunity simply because of where they were born or what their families can afford.
"With opportunity comes obligation. Together, we climb. One child, one community, one nation at a time."
— Summit To Success founding principle
What Makes Us Different
Compliance-First
Summit operates with documented governance, independent review processes, and
clear separation of authority to prevent favoritism or misuse.
Accountability by Design
Partnerships are governed through MOUs, receipts, delivery logs, and confirmations.
Every scholarship and Care Package is tracked as a complete, auditable unit.
Transparency Without Exploitation
Impact is reported factually and respectfully. Students are never treated as content
or marketing material.
Sustainability
Programs are unit-based and fully funded. Summit avoids partial promises,
dependency, or overextension by committing only to what can be delivered
responsibly.
Here's How We Got Started
The Begining
Summit To Success was born from a simple but powerful realization—access to education is not equal.
This became the starting point of a mission:
to make opportunity accessible, fair, and structured.
Systems Over Charity
Instead of relying on informal aid, Summit To Success focused on building structured, accountable systems.
- Defined scholarship models
- Standardized support frameworks
- Clear governance and compliance structures
This phase ensured that every future action would be fair, scalable, and transparent.
Launch of Core Programs
With strong foundations in place, Summit introduced its first key initiatives:
- Scholarships to support students at critical academic stages
- Care Packages to strengthen schools and communities
- Open Projects to document and understand unmet needs
Each program was designed with unit-based funding and full accountability.
Accountability & Transparency
As operations expanded, the focus shifted to refining processes:
- Implementation of tracking systems for every scholarship and package
- Partnerships governed by documentation and verification
- Transparent reporting without exploiting beneficiaries
This ensured that every contribution creates measurable, respectful impact.
"Opportunity should not be treated as charity or favor. It should be treated as responsibility."
Equal access to education
To expand access to education and long-term opportunity for students and communities — delivering structured, accountable programs that combine scholarships, institutional support, and community-level resources.
Opportunity for every child
A world where the phrase “underserved children” becomes obsolete — because access to education and opportunity no longer depends on background, geography, or income.
“I’m here because my parents and I were given a chance to build a better life outside of our home country. But it shouldn’t have to be that way. That belief drives our work—we take the time to understand our students on the ground and where support is actually needed, because opportunity isn’t charity, it’s a responsibility.”

See What Our Donors Are Saying
“It’s incredible how something so simple can make such a meaningful difference. Knowing my contribution directly supports families in need gives me a deep sense of purpose.”
“I’ve donated to many causes, but this one feels truly personal. You can see the impact of every care package, and that transparency matters.”
“I wanted to make sure my donation was actually making a difference. This program does exactly that practical help, delivered where it’s needed most.”
